SignalSpy is a suite of powerful tools that let you analyze audio signals. Included are an oscilloscope, a spectrum analyzer, level indicator and spectrogram.

garbage app
Used it with three 128hz tuning forks. First there is no actual reading. It gives a spectrum with no ability to analyze. The peaks were way off somewhere in the 10-20 range instead of 128hz. Essentially useless. Apple should remove from store ASAP.

It would ha been better if the x axis is adjustable for few seconds and also the ability to pause the plot.

The beginnings of a great app
Very useful app to take a closer look at a sound. I really like the spectrogram mode where you can see the evolution of peaks in the spectrum over time. Not giving five stars yet because of some missing functionality: on screen stop/start, screen capture (without "screen shot"), ability to zoom / change scales, ability to add a cursor to read detailed information. Adding all of the above would make this a definite five star app in my books - bit its already been fun to use and worth the small price. Great for exploring the sounds around you - excellent for science fair experiments.

Useless
You cant analyze anything with this app. There is no scales or units. It looks like in development mode and shouldnt cost any money yet.
